250 years, give or take. Not a bad run really. I think the Roman Empire lasted about the same before it descended into tyranny.
I’ve lived through the last, and probably most pleasant phase and I’m grateful for that. With any luck, it will last a bit longer. We will know within the next week or so.
Howell and some others think Donald Trump has been playing 4D chess all along and is about to spring the ultimate trap.
Others, like Anne Coulter, think he was a narcissistic buffoon who blew the big chance trying to look after his kids and suck up to the Left.
Maybe the truth is somewhere in between. I don’t know, but will find out like the rest of the World real soon.
Already the signs are not good. Having decided that Trump is a spent force, the knives are out. First to be cut, are President Trump’s Facebook and Twitter accounts.
Those are the social media accounts of the President of the United States of America. Who do these people think that they are?
Not content with that, they are now going after Parler, the free speech alternative to Twitter, which isn’t censored by the Anti-Defamation League (Google them, they run censorship for Google, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter etc.).
Google has removed them from the Google Play store and Apple looks set to follow.
“If freedom of speech is taken away, then dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep to the slaughter.”
So said George Washington, and so say I.
Treat anyone who wants to remove your right to free speech as the worst kind of tyrant, and then pray that you’re wrong.
These tech oligarchs have amassed terrifying power and show little to no restraint in how they use it.
The hatred they show towards Trump is next level. Admittedly, he derailed the gravy train as we explained previously but that can’t be the whole story.
The real kicker is the fact that he doesn’t hate America, or traditional Americans. He seems to actually have some sympathy with the view that America should remain a majority White nation.
That is what lit the fuse. Any hint that White people should be allowed to remain as a majority in any nation in the World is totally unacceptable. No person in any position of power is allowed to hold such a view.
That the President of America should consider a policy of putting America first sent our elites into fits of rage.
