This is just a quick note to say a huge thank you to all of you who contributed after my request the other day.
As you know, I dislike asking for donations and I don’t want to run one of those sites which is constantly begging for money.
Unfortunately, after our overlords at the WEF/ADL/Google decided to demonetise us, we are now entirely dependent on you guys for funds.
We don’t require much. Most of the architecture is in place and as you will have noticed, everything functions well these days with few disruptions.
However, there are some standing costs associated with a site with so much traffic and so having enough income to cover those is essential.
There are many of you who contribute regularly who are the backbone of the operation but some of you made one off donations to help out and I can’t stress how much that helped us out of a hole.
I have tried to send a personal thankyou to all who donated but some people who gave, did so in a way that I could not see their email addresses.
A couple of those gave substantial donations (you know who you are). I particularly wanted to say thank you to them as I couldn’t email them personally.
What really impresses me about all of you guys is that none of you seem keen to be publicly praised.
You don’t want blue ribbons or check marks or any other kind of virtue signalling. You just help out because you know it is the right thing to do.
I know that many of you are of limited funds for whatever reason which is why I take care of every penny.
So once again, from the bottom of my heart, thank you to all of who donated your hard earned cash to keep The Richardson Post going into the future.
