500 INNOCENT PATRIOTS IN AMERICAN PRISON CAMPS – ROBINSON AND ASSANGE IN BRITISH JAILS – WHERE IS OUR ONCE HERALDED SYSTEM OF ‘JUSTICE’?
“Justice” you call it? – What a joke Anglo-American jurisprudence has become! From the greatest on earth to putting our best in human stables–we have fallen.
Even Vladimir Putin castigated Biden at the G-7 photo op last week for his persecution of Trump supporters being held in American gulags in violation of U.S. law (18 USC § 3161 et al) and the Sixth Amendment.
It’s sad when a former KGB man knows part and parcel of Anglo-American jurisprudence better than a U.S. president and PM Carrie Symonds!
Speaking of law, all of these Patriots were required to be given a trial before an impartial jury months ago for whatever they did (so far simple ‘trespass’ is all the FBI and DOJ, who created this event have made up) though these peaceful citizens were invited into the building by Capitol police, voiding even that pusillanimous attempt at a charge.
But the chances of any of these patriotic Americans seeing a jury is only 1.4% – because of the corruption of the American system – and the chances of their going to federal prison for many, many years nears 100% for the same reason. Justice no longer lives or is tolerated in America.
BUT WHAT ABOUT THEIR TRIAL BY JURY?
Judicial and prosecutorial insurrection – due to the arrogant belief that illicit ‘Bar’ monopolies rule the courts and law rather than the people – has so distorted and corrupted the process that it must be counter-balanced.
Juries once made our courts the venue of the people – as designed by U.S. Founders and English history – but they are now told by corrupt judges using ‘approved’ Bar instructions that they do not have power to rule on law and facts as they see fit, which is a bold and knowing lie from both the bench and the Bar.
This takeover of our courts renders juries little more than rubber-stamps for prosecutorial misconduct and judicial crimes which are now epidemic in both Great Britain and America.
Lose the jury and habeas corpus – you lose justice.
ABSENT COUNTER-BALANCE, WE ARE DONE AS FREE & FAIR NATIONS
There is a simple solution, which my home nation must enact quickly once a legitimate president is in office and American Patriots retake the House and Senate from the Marxists. England and Australia?
I don’t know, but we all have to figure out how to retake our means of adjudication from “Bar Associations” and judicial scoundrels.
That answer in America is for Congress to establish Article III District Courts of the People in every congressional district (not federal court districts) with locally elected magistrates having no requirements to hold office other than:
- living full-time within the District and
- having a working knowledge of the U.S. Constitution as every American with a high school degree should.
This same concept was established long ago in Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden – in the form of courts of “Ombudsmen” as they are called – and these four trailblazer nations are always in the top ten most fair and transparent nations of the world as a result. https://www.transparency.org/en/cpi/2019/index/nzl
THIS IS IMPORTANT, SO PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT AND READ “DISTRICT COURT OF THE PEOPLE PROPOSAL” THEN HELP SPREAD THE WORD
This is very important to all of us in my opinion, as “the State” in each of our nations took powers last year that even the nobles wouldn’t have allowed in 1215 when signing the Magna Carta. We owe it to those who fought and died for our freedoms not to allow them to be idly usurped by fetid federal fiends.
By stealing control of our courts – which have been ours since 1670 in Bushel’s Case [The King v Penn and Mead] where young William Penn and William Meade along with the jury suffered imprisonment, deprivation of toilet, and starvation to force the King and his minions to recognise the powers of the jury (including nullification of bad law) – this was intended to be the venue of the People, and it must be restored to us in each of our nations.
Courts should be our check on illicit governance, not its tool to abuse ‘us’.
The King later gave the Pennsylvania territory in America to young William Penn (ergo the name) to shut him up.
While Boris and Biden can’t pay us off like that, maybe, just maybe, they’ll realise that we won’t tolerate the same tyranny today.

Just imagine how different (and short) the illegal lockdowns and mandates might have been during the Scamdemic if our courts could hold ‘them’ accountable to law?
Puts a grin on my face just thinking of that bastard ‘Dictator Dan’ in Victoria – or the Governor of California – Nancy’s Nephew Newsom (now under recall) – being jailed for what they did to us in District Courts of the People, rather than just losing their positions as wannabe dictators.
May they all rot in Hell – I say with any due respect.
